Roselyn Kay, President, of New Heights Group LLC provides executive coaching and consulting leaders and their teams seeking to enhance their vision, identify dynamic strategies, build leadership capacity, develop teams, energize organization change, and initiate organizational redesign. She uses positive strength-based processes including Appreciative Inquiry that help organizations and individuals discover who they are at their best, recall what they value, and take bold action to improve their performance and the performance of their staff.

Roselyn draws upon her strong business acumen, advanced study of human behavior, and deep understanding of the challenges and complexities that leaders face. She helps leaders and teams work with their strengths to enhance their leadership proficiency, build relationships, improve communication skills, resolve conflicts, give effective feedback, delegate more, make difficult and effective decisions, and improve overall performance.

Roselyn has consulted with clients on strategic planning, leadership development, and team development. She has worked with a variety of organizations on strategic planning and leadership alignment. She brings over 25 years of leading, training, mentoring, and coaching individuals (staff and senior leadership), teams, and groups in Banking and Finance to her work as coach and consultant. Throughout her financial career, she held senior leadership positions and lead her teams and organizations to higher
levels of performance.

Roselyn designed Leadership and Change: an Appreciative Inquiry program, Innovation and Change: an Appreciative Inquiry foundations program, and co-facilitated an Advanced AI Clinic in DC and held a session for the DC ICF titled Dynamic Trust, on creating or rebuilding trust. Roselyn has written articles strategic planning, coaching, somatic coaching and appreciative inquiry and has a published chapter in On Becoming a Leadership Coach 2nd edition (2013). Roselyn is a Co-director for the Georgetown Leadership Coaching Program and a faculty member of Georgetown’s Institute for Transformational Leadership. She is also a Practicum Advisor for the American University/NTL, Master in Organization Development program.

Roselyn has consulted clients with and coached senior executive level leaders from Mars, Incorporated, CACI, AOL, OCEUS Networks, Novartis, USGS, USPS, MacRostie Historical Advisors, Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals (OMHA), Federal Reserve Board, FDIC. Housing and Urban Development, National Cooperative Bank, Cenlar, NASA, Goddard Space Flight Center and NASA, Headquarters, Blackboard, AARP, AFGE), Fannie Mae, and Celera Genomics.

Roselyn holds a Masters in Organization Development (MSOD) from American University/NTL. She completed Georgetown University Leadership Coaching Program and is currently a Professional Certified Coach (ICF) and a Master Somatic Coach. She is a member of National Training Labs (NTL). Roselyn certified to interpret the MBTI, FIRO B and Everything DiSC. In addition, she is certified to administer and deliver Emotional Intelligence (ESCI) assessments, the Cultural Transformational Tools (CTT), Leadership Values Analysis (Values Centre), and Leadership Circle 360.
